I planned to wait until February, but ideas don’t take breaks.

My theme for the year is Ready. Goal. Action.

Being ready (Preparation + Opportunity = Success), setting SMART goals, and taking action to achieve them.

Last year, I leaned heavily on to-do lists—and there’s a quiet satisfaction in ticking things off. I’ll be doing the same this year.

Why? Because starting a new year isn’t starting from scratch—it’s starting from experience. My experience.
